At Ledlenser, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion accessories, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
